Description:
The Adult Ed: Teaching and Learning Certificate of Completion provides a sequence of courses that train and support teachers of adult students particularly in a community setting.
Upon successful completion of this program, the student will be able to:
- Explain and describe how to engage an adult learner in a higher education setting;
- Create an effective syllabus and course calendar of assignments;
- Design assignments that meet course objectives, assess competence, and create an enjoyable and supportive learning environment for students.
