Description:

The Adult Ed: Introduction to Landscaping Certificate of Completion provides a sequence of courses that assist students in learning about variety of jobs in the field, the communications skills necessary for success, and workforce preparation.

Program Student Learning Outcomes:

Upon successful completion of this program, the student will be able to:

  1. Describe a variety of jobs in the landscaping industry.
  2. Demonstrate an understanding of the safety in the workplace.
  3. Effectively use correct terminology to explain tasks, materials, and standards in the industry.
  4. Use proper measurement per landscaping plans.
