Description:
The Adult Ed: Introduction to Hospitality Industry Certificate of Completion provides a sequence of courses that prepare and train students to work in the hospitality industry in Sonoma County. This three-course sequence covers customer service, tourism and hospitality, and a preparation for the Sonoma County Tourism Ambassador Certification.
Upon successful completion of this program, the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate a knowledge of all aspects of the hospitality industry with particular emphasis on Sonoma County, as well as the kinds of positions within the field;
- Prepare to apply for a position in the hospitality industry;
- Prepare to sit for the Sonoma County Tourism Ambassador Certification exam.
