To obtain your SRJC Pin Code, please enter your SRJC Student ID Number (SID) in the field below. An email containing your Pin Code will be sent to your email address currently on file.
If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes of submission, check to see that there is an email in your spam folder. If you see an email in your spam folder from GU.Weblink@santarosa.edu it means your email program has flagged it as spam. To correct this problem, you will need to mark GU.Weblink@santarosa.edu as a safe sender.
If you do not have an email address or your email address currently on file is not correct, please complete the following steps:
- Complete the Student Data Change form
- When completing the form, select 'Email' under 'I want to change/update'
- When completing the form, upload a copy of your photo ID
- Please allow at least one business day for processing. You will receive an email when the Student Data Change form has been processed.
Note: you may also obtain your login information in person with photo ID at either the Santa Rosa or Petaluma A&R Office.
