Description:
The Customer Service Skills Skills Certificate provides a business student with the people skills required to be successful in a busy customer-oriented office environment. This certificate will help students work with all types and levels of customers and handle them with tact and diplomacy.
This certificate would be welcomed by employers as a complement to other business certificates that specialize in areas such as bookkeeper, administrative assistant, accountant, and administratiave support, as well as occupations outside of business.

Program Student Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this certificate, the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate knowledge of customer service techniques in dealing with the public;
- provide diplomatic, ethical, and appropriate communications in challenging customer relations case studies; and
- develop the means of managing time, solving problems and building an effective work team.
