Important Information About This Class:

This class will have a mandatory synchronous orientation via Zoom on Thursday, 3/2 from 6:30-8:00pm. The class will then meet in-person in Rm 2042 Lark Hall from 6:30-9:30pm on Wednesday 3/8 and in Rm 2039 on Thursday 3/9. There will also be a required field trips to a Lake Sonoma observing site (you must provide your own transportation) from 5pm-Midnight on Friday, 3/10, Saturday 3/11, Friday, 3/17 and Saturday, 3/18. There will also be two additional mandatory synchronous Zoom meetings from 6:30-8:00pm on Thursday, 3/16 and Thursday, 3/30. This compressed class will have approximately 4 hours per week of online, asynchronous content. If any field trips are cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, alternate versions of the field trip activities will be completed asynchronously online instead. Course fee of $12 is required for necessary materials that will be supplied.
