The factors involved in problems of communication, effective emotional responses and personal growth will be highlighted. Emphasis will be placed on group process as a means of changing behavior. This course is designed to help students who will function as leaders in a variety of small group situations.

Eligibility for ENGL 1A or equivalent or appropriate placement based on AB705 mandates; and Course Completion of SWHS 90 (or COUN 90) and Course Completion of SWHS 80 (or COUN 80)
