1. Describe dental hygiene care modifications required for the delivery of comprehensive dental hygiene care for patients with special needs..
2. Review the history and legal environment for the duties authorized by AB1174.
 
Clinical Objectives
1. Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care for clinic patients.
2. Identify possible medical risks to prevent and/or mitigate medical emergencies.
3. Identify appropriate patients and teeth for placement of Interim Therapeutic Restoration (ITR).
4. Demonstrate effective placement of ITR on typodonts and patients.
