THIS COURSE EXCEEDS THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY LEVEL TRAINING OF ADULT CORRECTIONS STAFF AS MANDATED BY STANDARDS AND TRAINING FOR CORRECTIONS.  FIRST AID AND CPR ARE INCLUDED.

 4.  Contraband.                                       (5 HRS)

 5.  Assaultive behavior and restraint techniques.     (12 HRS)

 6.  Booking and receiving.                            (9 HRS)

 7.  Releasing.                                        (5 HRS)

 8.  Maintaining security.                           (8 HRS)

 9.  Reporting and record keeping.                   (11 HRS)

10.  supervising inmates.                            (12 HRS)
