   operation, and discharge of contracts; remedies.  Emphasis on
   consumer matters.
4.  Agency Employment Law
5.  Law of Sales
   Formalities of sales contracts; passage of title; warranties; fights
   and remedies of buyer and seller; conditional sales contracts.
6.  Survey of Business Organizations in the Global Legal Environment.
