2.  Create lists of employees, customers, vendors, items, and others
3.  Bill customers by creating, modifying, and printing invoices; receive
   payments
4.  Manage Accounts Payable by recording and paying bills, writing
   checks, entering credit card charges, and reconciling a checking
   account
5.  Create, customize and print reports
6.  Maintain QuickBooks data
