At the conclusion of this course, the student should be able to:

The students will:
1. Prepare to take the California Department of Real Estate Sales
person's examination and to satisfy the education requirement of
the Department of Real Estate for sitting for Real Estate Sale's
person's examination.
2. Satisfy a requirement for 3 units towards the Real Estate Brokers
license.
3. Be introduced to basic principles controlling real estate in
California for the student interested in acquiring knowledge of the
subject for personal information and use.

encumbrances, liens, legal descriptions, methods of acquiring title,
Real Estate ethics and agency, Real Estate contracts, Real Estate
financing (conventional and government), appraisal, land use,
planning and subdivisions, Real Estate mathematics and landlord
tenant relations.
