COURSE CONTENT

Outcomes and Objectives:
At the conclusion of this course, the student should be able to:

Students completing independent studies courses will be able to comprehend and demonstrate basic knowledgeability in the subject area specified on their application.  In addition, they will be expected to apply, analyze, synthesize, and

evaluate their knowledge and comprehension of the material.

Topics and Scope

Supervising faculty will insure that the topics of these Independent  Studies courses will be college level material and will include  a critical thinking component as appropriate for each particular subject.

Assignments:

  Reading and writing assignments of varying lengths will be assigned.  Other assignments will be assigned as appropriate for each topic.
