Outcomes and Objectives:
At the conclusion of this course, the student should be able to:

The students will:
1.  Learn sufficient technical knowledge to take, process, and close
   simple escrow transactions, with varying types of complexity.
2.  Utilize various types of forms encountered in escrow transactions
   with an explanation of their use, the book also includes basic
   priniciples of law and guidelines for conducting escrow transactions
   in an appropriate professional manner.

Topics and Scope

1.  To assist those entering the various real estate industry professions
   to understand and participate in the escrow process.
2.  To expose the student to the fundamental principles and basic
   procedures involved in ordinary escrow transactions.
3.  To analyze the mechanics of taking, processing and closing an
   escrow.
4.  To conduct an advanced study of the role under which the escrow/title
   relationship occurs.
