COURSE CONTENT

Outcomes and Objectives:
At the conclusion of this course, the student should be able to:

THE STUDENT WILL HAVE DEVELOPED:
I.   Advanced level skills and fundamentals for competition.
II.  The knowledge of a physical conditioning program and the understand-
    ing of why and how it is implemented into a competitive basketball
    format.
III. A understanding of the rules of basektball as they pertain to:
    1. California Community College Intercollegiate competition.
    2. N.C.A.A.
IV.  The knowledge to understand and analyze team and individual concepts
    and strategies of intercollegiate competition.
V.   The ability to develop their own conditioning and practice plan
    which leads sequentually to Conference and State Championships
