- Have the knowledge to set up a personal conditioning
 program for competitive soccer

- Review of all fundamental skills for further refinement
- A thorough discussion of the strategy involved in the game
 of soccer
- Extensive physical conditioning drills
- Actual practice scrimmages between class participants
