Web and Multimedia Developers should have a good understanding of multimedia design principles including interface design, principles of interaction design, foundations of image, video, and audio content creation, color theory, and typography. Designers need to understand how to optimize media content in a variety of scenarios as well as knowledge of website development. The program stresses a thorough understanding of Principles of Design, HTML, CSS framework, 2-D Animation, JavaScript, video and audio editing. Students will design and deploy websites and multimedia content to meet the standards in the field and of clients from the community.
