2.  Apply best practices in practical environment related to the plumbing and pipefitting trade.

1. Interpret blueprints for commercial and industrial facilities
2. Describe the theory and application of plumbing traps and drainage venting systems
3. Describe water mains and water service systems
4. Demonstrate turning and soldering techniques
5. Identify parts and devises used in gas installation
