At the conclusion of this course, the student should be able to:

Upon completion of the course the students will be able to:
1.  Describe ideas, themes, figures, and styles of a select period or region of world culture
2.  Compare and contrast works within the humanities.
3.  Determine how the ideas, themes, figures and styles relate to the cultural heritage tradition that is the focus of the course.
4.  Integrate ideas, patterns, and information from two or more of the following disciplines:  visual arts, drama, music, literature, philosophy, and religion.
