FASH 70A Clothing Construction 1 Description: An introduction to the sewing techniques and garment construction skills used in fashion design and apparel production. Students will learn fundamental skills such as fabric selection, pressing, and operation of a sewing machine in order to construct a variety of samples and finished garments.
