Description: | This course is designed for non-native speakers of English and provides a linguistic foundation for introductory Culinary Arts classes. Students will become familiar with basic culinary and food safety vocabulary; learn reading, writing and test-taking skills; and improve oral communication skills necessary for the professional culinary environment. |
