HIST 4.1 History of Western Civilization to 1648 C.E. Description: In this course, students will be introduced to a survey of Western Civilizations to 1648 C.E. The course begins with the Ancient Near East, and includes the study of ancient Greece, ancient Rome, the Middle Ages, the Renaissance and the Reformation.
