Description: | An introduction to the process of transfer from a community college to a university for the purposes of long-term educational planning. Students will evaluate and choose universities based on research about degrees offered, transfer requirements, the application process, housing, financial aid, scholarships and support services. |

| This section is part of the Avanzando STEM Learning Community and is linked to Math and English courses. Students are automatically enrolled in Counseling 80, Math 25 -Precalculus Algebra, Section #1045, and English 1A-College Composition, Section # 0110. Students enrolled in these sections will have extra academic and counseling support from the Avanzando initiative to help them succeed in their STEM courses and prepare to transfer with a STEM major.
