PLS 66 Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning Description: This course is designed to acquaint the paralegal with the formal requirements and legal principles involved in will, trust and estate law, including drafting techniques. In addition to lectures on the underlying legal theory, students gain experience in drafting and analyzing a broad range of succession and distribution documents.
