 This section is a hybrid online class. Lecture are pre-recorded online for students to view on their shcedule. Labs are in-person on the following Saturdays from 9am to 5:30pm: 4/2, 4/9, 4/30, 5/7. If in-person instruction is not allowed in spring 2022 semester, students will pick up a winemaking kit at Shone Farm and do the lab at home. There is a kickoff meeting on Zoom on January 21, 2022 from 5:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m.
