FASH 70B Clothing Construction 2 Description: This clothing construction class is designed to provide the student with continued support to build on skills learned in Fashion 70A while introducing them to intermediate to advanced sewing skills to develop competence in working with patterns, specialty fabrics, napped fabrics and more complex sewing techniques. All other class sessions will be taught online with mandatory Zoom meetings starting at the days/time(s) listed and running for 1 to 3 hours. Students are expected to be online with a functioning mic, and/or camera for the live session. In addition, course content, lecture and demonstration videos will be posted in Canvas for students to access outside of class time. A Sewing Machine, iron, and sewing supplies are required to complete course assignments. Loaner sewing machines are available, please contact the Program Coordinator if you need to borrow a machine.
