 The above section is a hybrid online class. Lecture are pre-recorded online for students to view on their schedule. Labs are in-person on the following Saturdays from 9am to 5:30pm: 10/30, 11/6, 11/20 & 12/4. If in-person instruction is not allowed in fall 2021 semester, students will pick up a winemaking kit at Shone Farm and do the lab at home. There is a kickoff meeting on Zoom on August 20 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
