WINE 119 An Examination of Pinot Noir Description: An examination of Pinot Noir--from growing the grape to the wine in the glass. In this intensive course, we will consider and taste the diversity of Pinot Noir wine styles from the most important regions of California, Oregon, Europe and the southern hemisphere. Students should bring six matching wine glasses to every class session.
