HUSV 96 Co-Occurring Disorders Description: This course examines co-occurring disorders, in the context of addiction counseling. It explores the relationship between substance use disorders and mental health conditions, including an introduction to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). Emphasis on developing practical strategies and interventions for working with individuals with co-occurring disorders.
