Prerequisites:Minimum Age 18 or older
Recommended Preparation:Eligibility for ENGL 1A or equivalent

 The above section is a hybrid online class. Lecture are pre-recorded online for students to view on their schedule. Labs are in-person on the following Saturdays from 9am to 5:30pm: 4/10, 4/17, 5/1 & 5/8. If in-person instruction is not allowed in spring semester, students will pick up a winemaking kit at Shone Farm and do the lab at home. There is a kickoff meeting on Zoom on January 22 from 4:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m.
