Description:Supervisorial responsibilities with emphasis on managing a food service operation, including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees; using foodservice performance metrics to manage an operating budget; and preparing operation for review by regulatory inspectors.
Recommended Preparation:Eligibility for ENGL 100 or ESL 100 or equivalent
