ANSCI 20 Basic Animal Science Description: A scientific approach to the livestock industry encompassing aspects of animal anatomy, physiology, nutrition, genetics and epidemiology. Emphasis on the origin, characteristics, adaptation and contributions of farm animals to the agriculture industry.
