Beginning Body Conditioning
Description:The purpose of this course is to provide students with an exercise program designed to develop the key components of health related physical fitness: cardiovascular/respiratory conditioning, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.

 The above section is for intermediate to advanced hikers and includes hikes ranging from 3-6 miles. The above section will meet at the east end of Stonehedge Drive (Stonehedge Dr and Westminister Place) where there is an access path to the Spring Creek Trail. Street parking is available in a residential neighborhood.
