Description:The environmental, social, ethical and political factors which influence the development and operation of the American legal system; law of contracts and sales emphasizing California law and the Uniform Commercial Code. Case methods utilized. Recommended for Business Administration majors intending to transfer to a 4-year institution.
Recommended Preparation:Eligibility for ENGL 1A or equivalent
