Description: | This course will provide a foundation for non-native English speaking students for 4 introductory Culinary Arts classes. Students will become familiar with basic culinary and food safety vocabulary; learn reading, writing and test-taking skills; and practice oral communication skills necessary for the professional culinary environment. |
