Nutrition and Diet Therapy
Description:Introduction to nutrition and its role in health, disease risk reduction and treatment of disease. Modification of the diet, nutrient intake and mode of nutrient delivery for stress conditions such as diabetes, intestinal tract disorders and diseases of the liver and kidneys. Intended for students in nursing and other health care fields.
Recommended Preparation:Eligibility for ENGL 100 or ESL 100 and Course Eligibility for MATH 150A
Transferability:CSU 
Repeatability:Two Repeats if Grade was D, F, NC, or NP
