EMC 134 Paramedic Field Practicum Description: Synthesis and application of knowledge and skills acquired in paramedic clinical (EMC131A, 131B). Student will work on an approved advanced life support ambulance. This is the final course in a series designed to give students the field experience required for licensure as a paramedic in California. This course meets standards mandated by the California Health and Safety Code, Title 22 and the National Emergency Services Education Standards (NEMSES) published by the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT).
