Description: Course covers knowledge and skills needed to evaluate and work effectively in different quantity food production and food service systems. Practical field experience in quantity food service is provided.
Prerequisites:Completion of CSKLS 371 or higher (MATH) or qualifying placement
Recommended Preparation:Eligibility for ENGL 100 or ESL 100
Repeatability:Two Repeats if Grade was D, F, NC, or NP
