Description:Overview of beer brewing including history, malting, brewing, fermentation, finishing, and packaging, with a focus on ingredients and their effect on color, aroma, and flavor.
Prerequisites:Concurrent Enrollment in BREW 112
Recommended Preparation:Eligibility for ENGL 100 or ESL 100
Limits on Enrollment:Must be age 18 or older
Repeatability:Two Repeats if Grade was D, F, NC, or NP
