Description: | The study of the philosophical and legal basis of evidence. The types will include: ways of presenting evidence, judicial decisions and statutory rules of evidence governing the admissibility of testimony, writings, and material objects at motions and trial, and constitutional and procedural considerations affecting searches, seizures, admissions and confessions. |
