AJ 343 Defensive Tactics Instructor Description: This course is designed to train peace officers how to teach weaponless defense tactic and arrest and control techniques according to the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST). Limits on Enrollment: Must have law enforcement experience or equivalency. Students will be required to provide a medical clearance to participate in the DT Instructor arrest and control techniques, physical conditioning program, and POST required physical performance exam(s).
