DANCE 21.1 Hip Hop/Funk I Description: This course will introduce students to the fundamentals (Level I) of the hip hop/funk dance style derived from the current dance vernacular and culture. Classes will include warm-up exercises, isolations, floor stretches, and strengthening specific to the hip hop/funk style of dance. This course will also include locomotor movements ("across-the-floor") and center combinations.
