Knife Skills
Description:Professional chef presents theory, demonstrates techniques, and supervises and critiques students' practice and mastery of basic knife skills, with an introduction to vegetable preparation. Emphasis is placed on proper sanitation practices and developing good motor skills.
Prerequisites:Course Completion or Current Enrollment in CUL 250 ( or DIET 50) and CUL 250.1
Repeatability:Two Repeats if Grade was D, F, NC, or NP
