Identity and Cultural Diversity |
Description: | Students will compare and analyze multicultural perspectives from a historical, societal, and individual lens. Students will learn about the intersectionality of identity, race/ethnicity, gender, disability, social class, and belief system. Students will explore the relationship between personality development and culture, barriers to cross-cultural interaction, communication styles and counseling strategies. |
