Agriculture Leadership & Mentor Training Level 3
Description:Students will further develop their experience in and understanding of leadership roles in agricultural organizations. Experience will be gained through organizing and facilitating several activities including leadership training, agriculture literacy events, student recruitment, mentorship, and planning/implementing/evaluating events within the agriculture industry. This course is level 3 in the Ag Leadership/Mentor training series. Note that specific assignment topics, class activities, and events will vary based on the semester and the student's training level.
Prerequisites:Course Completion of AGBU 151B ( or AGBU 152 or AGBUS 152)
Repeatability:Two Repeats if Grade was D, F, NC, or NP
Grading Type:Grade or P/NP

 This class includes a required field trip to the Ag Ambassador State Conference 10/17/2025-10/19/2025 at Fresno State University. If you have questions or conflicts with this requirement, please contact the instructor directly. In the event of a Shone Farm closure, this class may be relocated to the Santa Rosa Campus or an alternate district site. This will be communicated to you in advance by SRJC and/or the Instructor.
