| Description: | This course will cover the different intellectual property (IP) protections related to digital creations. Students will also gain an appreciation of the strategies to guard against infringing upon another’s intellectual property rights in the digital world.This course provides students with an overview of the different forms of IP. It will analyze the creations that patents, copyrights, and trademarks protect, with an emphasis on digital creations. |
