Description: | Provides further hands-on experience in a professional kitchen. Students assume responsibilities of managing, mentoring, and instructing fellow students in the student-run Culinary Café and Bakery, developing skills in the preparation and service of salads, soups, pizzas, sandwiches, entrees, side dishes, table service, ware washing, and management. |

Recommended Preparation: | Eligibility for ENGL 100 or ESL 100 |
