AGBUS 51 Agriculture Leadership Description: The course is designed to assist students in developing their knowledge and skills regarding leadership theory and practice related to agricultural organizations. It will improve their understanding of group dynamics and human interactions associated with a variety of private, governmental, and non-profit agriculture enterprises. Practical experience will be gained through participation in a number of parliamentary and administrative activities with varying degrees of diversity between semesters.
