Dr Pam Wittenberg joined the SRJC Ag/Natural Resources faculty in fall of 2014, and the Biosciences faculty in 2018. Pam received her veterinary degree from UC Davis, with an emphasis on small animal (dog & cat) medicine, and studied anatomy, paleontology, and animal behavior as an undergraduate and graduate student at UC Berkeley and Duke University. Throughout her academic career, she taught and tutored students at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels. In addition to her duties at SRJC, Pam teaches KidVets classes and summer camps in Santa Rosa, where elementary students learn about the wonders of science and animals. When she's not teaching students of all ages about science and veterinary medicine, Pam practices veterinary medicine in Sonoma County.
