Outcomes and Objectives:
At the conclusion of this course, the student should be able to:

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:
1. Apply principles of line, design, color, proportion and scale to fabric dyeing projects.
2. Apply design and color to fabrics using a variety of techniques.
3. Demonstrate the proper use of an increasing number of tools and supplies and a variety of dyes, paints, and resists.
4. Create large-scale design projects.
 
Based on subsequent repeats, students will be able to apply techniques to:
a. increasingly complex applications
b. increasingly complex patterns
c. increasingly complex fabric manipulation with a variety of fabric textures
